Marizabel Saliba, Pianist & Music Educator

Marizabel Saliba is a classically trained pianist and music educator currently completing her final semester of the Bachelor of Music at Melbourne University. She offers piano and singing lessons to students of all ages at her in home studio in Spotswood on Mondays.

Commencing her musical journey at the age of 6, Marizabel has cultivated her piano skills for 14 years and expanded into vocal training for the past seven. Her educational milestones in music include successful completion of AMEB exams in piano and singing, VCE Vet Music (in collaboration with COLLARTS), and Certificate III in Musical Industry (Performance). Marizabel has immersed herself in music throughout her life and loves to share her passion, whether teaching, performing or songwriting.

In her spare time Marizabel enjoys singing and recording cover songs which she publishes on various music social media platforms. She also writes her own original pop songs and piano pieces which have been released on all digital streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and Tidal.

Marizabel is currently undertaking her final Semester of Bachelor of Music at Melbourne University, and studied under renowned pianist Kristian Chong. Majoring in classical piano performance and music studies, she is dedicated to refining her skills at piano and advancing her career as a professional pianist and educator.

Marizabel enjoys supporting piano students to prepare for AMEB exams, recitals, and performances. She adapts lessons to ensure they cater to each student’s level, ability, and learning preferences. She also enjoys working with vocal students supporting them with both solo singing or playing piano and singing. With a passion for teaching, Marizabel focuses on building positive and caring relationships with her students to empower them own their own unique musical journey.
