Elian Yang is an accomplished pianist and music instructor offering piano, theory and singing lessons in the Melbourne CBD, Southbank, and Port Melbourne areas. She completed Grade 10 Piano (equivalent to AMEB LmusA) in China while still in primary school and later obtained AMEB Grade 8 Piano and Grade 4 Theory certificates in 2017. Elian has served as a pianist in school musicals, accompanied bands and has held her own music recitals. As an experienced music educator Elian has plenty of patience when it comes to teaching beginners and preparing for exams. She has been teaching piano since 2016 and has worked with students of all ages. Elian has poured her heart and soul into music and the field of art. Elian is also an NDIS Support Worker with experience in music therapy and mentoring. Elian believes that developing as a performer involves passion, commitment and a love of music. In the lessons she offers tailored learning plans based on student needs and provides specialised guidance to help students develop their technical skills and musicality. Her teaching style is well structured but also fun and creative. She is an open-minded educator who hopes that learners will adore playing the piano. Music Qualifications: Grade 8 Piano (AMEB, 2017) Grade 4 Theory (AMEB, 2017) Port Melbourne Piano Tuition Fees: 30 minutes - $45 45 minutes - $65 60 minutes - $85 In-home Piano Tuition Fees: 30 minutes - $55 45 minutes - $75 60 minutes - $95 Above fees are for ongoing weekly lessons, paid in advance by the term or by the month. Casual and fortnightly lessons may be offered dependent on availability and fees are an additional $5 per lesson. |
