Audrey Tiffany Chandra is a classically trained pianist and dedicated music educator with four years of teaching experience. She offers piano lessons to students of all ages at her studio in Southbank.
Audrey began her piano journey at the age of four and quickly developed a passion for performance, winning multiple 1st place medals in regional piano competitions. At eighteen, she earned her Yamaha Teacher Certification, solidifying her commitment to music education. Audrey has since broadened her musical scope, composing over 15 original songs for various musicals and performing in orchestras and contemporary bands. This diverse experience allows her to confidently teach across a range of genres—from classical and pop to jazz, funk, and R&B. For the past three years, Audrey has been teaching piano in Melbourne, working with students aged 4 to 15. She has successfully guided students through AMEB and ANZCA piano examinations, from preparatory to grade 4, with an outstanding average grade of A. Beyond exam preparation, Audrey nurtures creativity and individual expression in her students—having encouraged students to compose and perform an original piece at a school concert, while others have arranged and improvised renditions of pop songs, with one student even winning a school music competition. As a music educator, Audrey is passionate about fostering not only technical proficiency but also confidence, creativity, and a lifelong appreciation for music. She tailors her teaching methods to each student’s learning style and interests, ensuring lessons remain engaging, empowering, and inspiring. Audrey currently offers lessons in Melbourne and is committed to supporting each student’s unique musical journey. Languages: Piano lessons with Audrey are available in English and Indonesian Southbank Piano Tuition Fees $50 for 30 minutes $70 for 45 minutes $90 for 60 minutes Above fees are for weekly lessons by the school term. Casual lessons are available on a pay-as-you-go basis for an additional $5.50 per lesson. |
